Refund policies
TELEFONOmania guarantees your satisfaction. Anyway, if you're not fully satisfied you may return any item for a full refund of the product price or a replace of the products.

• You have up to 10 days after you received the package to initiate your return. Your items must reach us within 10 days from the date you receive your package. Items received after 10 days will not be accepted for return. When we receive your items, we will refund your order amount less the restocking fee, surcharge and original shipping charge. At TELEFONOmania, we charge a 25% restocking fee on all returned items.
  
  
• To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, manuals and all accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, TELEContact us by email at info@telefonomania.biz. We will not require a reason or explanation for the return. Upon receiving your email, we will send you the return instructions.
  
  
• Returns must reach us within 10 days from the date you receive your Package except software. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will refund you for the purchase price of the item less the restocking fee. We charge a 25% restocking fee per item.

Please, when placing your order either via e-mail or fax, specify your personal dates. Specify then the name of the article and the quantity.
